We are looking for a German/English-speaking Scrum Master to join our team and a project of our German customer operating in the energy sector. As a ScrumMaster, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the organization into a more agile, product-centric environment.

As a part of the ambitious project, you'll be at the forefront of one of the biggest transformative initiatives, which aims to change the way how the organization is structured and operates. The project is at the moment in phase 1, so the initiative was kicked off and the desired structure was introduced. The goal of the transformation is (as much as possible) to change the way how the teams are organized and managed. The idea is to create product-centric and end-to-end teams.

#define Your_Responsibilities

  • guide the team through Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
  • help the team understand and apply Agile principles
  • identify and address obstacles that hinder the team's progress
  • help the team connect their work to the overall product vision and goals
  • shield the team from external distractions and pressures
  • support the team in self-organizing and making decisions
  • encourage the team to reflect on their work and identify areas for improvement
  • lead the team(s) through the change
  • teach the agile way of working and Scrum basics
  • help the newly appointed POs in the role
  • act as the agile practices ambassador

  • 2+ years of experience in a ScrumMaster role
  • deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies
  • agile transformation experience
  • ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders

  • ability to adapt to changing circumstances and challenges
  • ability to handle stress well
  • willingness to go the extra mile
  • fluency in English and/or German
