The Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT services and support to clients. This position acts as a liaison between the technical support teams and clients, ensuring service requests are prioritized, tracked, and resolved promptly. The Service Coordinator will also manage communication, oversee workflows, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high customer satisfaction.

#define Your_Responsibilities

  • receive, log, and prioritize IT service requests via helpdesk systems, emails, and phone calls
  • monitor the status of service requests, ensuring accurate updates and timely follow-ups
  • serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication about ticket status, expected resolution times, and any service disruptions
  • track and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times
  • Work with service delivery and technical teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery processes
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of service request processes, escalation procedures, and ticket resolution steps.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT service coordination, helpdesk, or service delivery roles
  • Experience in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
  • fluency in English, and German will be an advantage
