Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager, who will manage our SAP operations team. 

• managing a team of SAP Consultants and ABAP Developers who support daily operations on the SAP systems of the customer and provide stable service to make their business run flawlessly
• coordination and managing service delivery of multiple small teams, managing customer relationships, ensuring SLA and KPIs and driving service improvements

• experience in service management
• understanding operational/delivery environment in relation to KPIs/SLA
• great communication skill
• experience in IT/Software company with delivery
• a general IT overview
• previous experience in customer service
• experience with the intercultural environment
• excellent organizational skills (delivery team consists of over 30 people)
• proven record of delivered and implemented service improvement
• good knowledge of Excel
• experience with leading meetings with middle management
• active listening skills
• fluency in English and German 
• nice to have:
  • overview of SAP
  • experience with SNOW, Power BI
