Platform Engineer

Join our team as a Platform Engineer and participate in our German customer's project within the utility industry. As a Platform Engineer,  you will contribute to an MVP of the customer's GitOps-based automation platform.

• Cloud platform: Azure
• Container Orchestration and Deployment: Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Crossplane

• design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as a code (IaC) solutions
• automate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure components
• develop and manage service orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes) to automate the deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of the platform
• implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process, ensuring rapid and reliable deployments
• integrate the platform with diverse systems and services

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineer or similar role
• knowledge of automation platforms
• solid understanding of Azure cloud services such as AKS, Azure Functions, and Azure Active Directory
• in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes including custom resource definitions (CRDs), operators, and controllers
• experience with Crossplane
• fluency in English, and German will be an advantage
