Application Support Specialist - COTS and Endpoint Software

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on application maintenance and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in COTS applications and various endpoint software. Potential candidate will be part of the existing application administration and maintenance team / service supporting significant pool of users of internationally recognized customer. Main focus is on L2 application support throughout the lifecycle of applications and related end user software.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for COTS applications and endpoint software
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to various technologies
• Implement and maintain application configurations and updates
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of COTS applications and endpoint software
• Develop and maintain documentation for supported application processes and procedures
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on supported applications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, with focus on application support
• Strong knowledge of COTS applications and other endpoint software
• Experience with application maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• ITIL knowledge
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent English
